The pros:

Possibly the best in the Kim Stone series yet!… You can also get the rest of the series at Amazon Just wow. This is police procedural at its best… This book had me captivated from the moment I started reading it. For that reason, I am going to give it a rating of 9 out of 10.

This book is not for Children. And it is not in my opinion for someone who has a nervous disposition.

If you are a fan of Thrillers this is a must-read.

    Thanks for the recommendation.

I read a lot and need a lot of new material. I especially like exciting literature, it helps me forget or just loosen up my mind after work.
Is there an audiobook version out yet?

John, well obviously I agree with you on this book and all the other Kim Stone books. I have read the full set and am waiting on the next one due out in October.

The UK authors have crime thrillers down to a fine art. And the BBC does a great job of bringing them to TV. My only issue is with the Shetland series where detective Jimmy Perez shows up with red hair. As his name suggests he is descended from the Spaniards on the Spanish Armada! No red hair there.

Peter May also comes to mind with his marvellous off shore UK stories. And the list goes on. Give me Great Britain and Australian crime authors and TV series any day. And NZ is moving up into this league too.

    Unfortunately I don’t have a Kindle. I went for the other ‘K’.

But I sure like your review here.
